"Been using this for over four years after putting up with weirdly unpredictable results from my stovetop Bialetti, not to mention the sad, dirty coffee from “French presses”. Great at home and even better when travelling. No more crappy hotel coffee! Plus you get a little exercise…"

"I was given my aeropress as a gift maybe 7 years ago and it had just started leaking a bit. It gets used every day. I replaced the seal and its now functioning like new again. They make good coffee."
"It's a seal, which means we've used our Aeropress a LOT. It arrived, but the old one is still good. I thought I should get a replacement, because rubber doesn't last. After over 1,000 cups, the worst is the Aeropress Clear now has a coffee colour to it, and the side marking have mostly rubbed off - to be expected and not an issue."

An item that could have been sent in a padded envelope was dispatched in a cardboard box with added plastic material. Not only is this highly not environmentally sustainable. It also meant i had to make a 60km round trip to collect from the post office as the box would not fit in my letter box. I seriously think your company needs to re consider its post and packaging policy/procedures."
